Dude's Ranch Equine Rescue is a teaching rescue and a working horse ranch located in Acton, Ca., just 30 mins outside of Los Angeles proper.
It's a natural riding center where we practice Natural
Horsemanship through herd behavior. It is the basis of all of our riding
methods. Learn the psychology of the horse
and how the lead role in your relationship between you and the
horse creates a strong bond. The main objective is for
you to be able to communicate with your horse, understand him
and have a balanced seat with good muscle tone and
strength. We will show you the proper development and how
that works in and out of the arena. Our horses are
pretty happy to do almost anything we ask of them. We also
teach bareback riding, English or Western training. Everyone learns how to groom tack and ride their assigned horse.
